Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note, certain goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at info@tucanomart.com and mail your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are returning higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Returns Accepted: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Return Window: You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Product Condition: Returns are only accepted for new products that are unused and in original condition.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be applied for all returns.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products within the 7-day return window. Exchanges can be made at a drop-off location or in-store.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the gift giver will receive the refund, and they will be notified of your return.

  2. Follow the instructions provided for returning your product to the designated drop-off location or store.
  3. We will review your return request, and this may take up to 10 days to ensure it matches the return policy listed on our website.
